Hi, I’m Arlene Vasquez! I’ve been in the insurance industry since 2021 and became a licensed producer in 2023. I focus on helping people with their home, auto, and business insurance needs—whether you’re just starting out or looking to make sure your current coverage still fits. One of the things I enjoy most about my job is making insurance feel less overwhelming. I’m here to explain things in a way that actually makes sense and helps you find coverage that works for you. I’m fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with more people in our community and make sure everyone feels comfortable and confident with their insurance choices. Outside the office, you’ll usually find me relaxing with friends and family, checking out new restaurants, or just hitting the town for a girl's day with my daughters! I’ve been helping individuals and families in the Treasure Valley with their insurance needs since 2014. I believe insurance is more than just policies – it’s about peace of mind and protecting what matters the most. I take pride in getting to know each of my clients personally so I can offer guidance and coverage that truly suits their lives. My goal is to make the insurance process simple, stress-free and reassuring. Building lasting relationships and being a trusted resource my clients can count on through every stage is at the heart of everything I do. Fluent in both English & Spanish, I enjoy connecting with clients in the language they feel most comfortable. Born and raised in Idaho, I’m proud to serve the community I call home. Outside of work I am a wife and proud mother of 3 and I cherish spending time with my family.​

I began my insurance career 35 years ago and have worn many hats throughout my career working in sales, service and marketing roles. My career began with Prudential in Life Services, then many years with Liberty Mutual in both Sales and Service roles. I was a Field Underwriter for Marsh & McLennan in the Medical Malpractice Department and prior to coming to Integrity Insurance, I worked with Pennsylvania Lumbermens Mutual Insurance Company where I had a Commercial Service role and then worked in their Marketing Department managing all their marketing events, trade shows, corporate dinners and Board of Directors meetings. I’m married with two grown sons. In 2024 our oldest son Justin married a wonderful woman who we adore. Our younger son Kyle just got his AAS Degree in Software Engineering and is moving on to Boise State to complete his Bachelors. Our two dogs, Tucker (Poodle mix) and Luna (Basset Hound mix) round out our immediate household! We bleed Blue and Orange at our house and have had season BSU Basketball tickets for the last 15 years and never miss a football game. We love all sports, going to concerts and plays. We enjoy camping and traveling in general. I love to cook and when I can find time I craft! I love spending time with friends and family most of all. I’m licensed in Property & Casualty and currently the Account Manager for Doug McAllister. I’ve been with Integrity Insurance for a little over a year, joining the team at Integrity Insurance has allowed me to work with several former co-workers! I enjoy meeting and working with clients to help educate and ensure they have the coverage’s they need for the things that are most important to them.

Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, I pride myself on making insurance accessible and understandable for all clients. I specialize in both personal and commercial lines, and over the years I’ve built long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and dependable service. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, and creating lasting memories with my family. Whether we're discovering a new destination or simply spending time together at home, family is at the center of everything I do and that same sense of care and commitment is what I bring to my clients every day. For me, insurance isn’t just about policies, it’s about people. And after two decades, I’m just as passionate today as I was when I started.

​I have lived here in Idaho since 2006 and I love all the great outdoor activities available to us. Skiing, golf, swimming, bike riding, and walking my dogs are some of my favorite things to do with my family and friends. I have been in the insurance industry since 1999 where I started working for Allstate Insurance as a Property Inspector. From there, I worked in sales for Liberty Mutual. In 2010, I was one of the founding agents of Integrity Insurance where I remain today as one of the agent owners. Before my insurance career, I got my start in life as an active-duty soldier in the US Army(11M) and I completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. I appreciate all my clients and I look forward to serving them for years to come.

I started with Integrity in 2017 as an agent and became an owner in 2023. I started my insurance career in 1990 with Liberty Mutual, I requested a transfer to Boise in 1993 and left Liberty in 2017 to come work at Integrity. I love all the things Idaho has to offer, hunting, fishing, white water rafting, camping and riding the trails in my RZR. My insurance career has been a great experience, working with clients on both personal and commercial needs, solving problems and working to give people the protection they need.

Outside of work, I’m a proud parent of three and spend most of my free time cheering them on at their sporting events and supporting their hobbies. My dedication to my clients is matched only by my commitment to my family and my community.

I started my career with Integrity Insurance on the business inception date in 2009. I am licensed in Property & Casualty, Commercial and Bonding. Prior to that I was in the mortgage industry for 8 years, owned and operated a dental lab and was a district/general manager in the restaurant field. It’s been an enjoyable challenge, and I am proud of where we are today!  I became an insurance agent because I am passionate about helping people in the community and getting to know my clients. I believe in providing excellent customer service.   It is my responsibility as an agent to guide each individual through their questions, provide the best products and knowledge available. I am originally from Montana; I moved to Idaho in 1990.  I live with my wife and 2 dogs, the kids are grown up, moved out on their own and married.  I have 5 wonderful grandchildren! I enjoy spending time with my family and friends! I still have 4 siblings in Montana, and I visit them as often as possible. I enjoy camping, rzr riding, fishing, golf, tennis and most sports. I look forward to assisting you with your insurance needs.

My Work: I began my insurance career in 2005 in Honolulu, HI, working as a producer for State Farm. When my husband and I moved back to Idaho in 2007, I was an insurance agent for Liberty Mutual. Then in 2010 I took a great opportunity to become an independent agent/broker with Integrity Insurance Agency and have been here ever since. I love being an independent agent as it allows me to assist ALL potential policyholders with their personal and commercial insurance needs. I pride myself on educating and giving my policyholders peace of mind in knowing that what is most important to them is protected. I specialize in writing both personal and commercial lines of insurance. I am a fully licensed agent for Property, Casualty, and Life in Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

My Play: I am a born and raised proud cheesehead from Sussex, WI. Yes, I LOVE my Packers, my Bucks, and my Brewers. I moved to Boise, ID, in 1998 to attend and compete for Boise State University on a full ride gymnastics scholarship. After graduating from BSU with BA’s in Business and Marketing, I met a boy from Hawaii who became my awesome other half. We lived in Hawaii for two years (2005-2007) then moved back to Idaho to start our family.  I have two incredible teenage sons, Brody (15) and Griffin (13) that keep me very busy! I enjoy playing on my women’s/coed softball teams, volleyball teams, and watching my boys excel in their sports. Family is the most important part of my life so everything I do is for them.

As an Insurance Agent with a strong background in personal, commercial, and life Insurance I truly enjoy what I do. Especially when I can meet new people and help them find the right coverage for their needs. I’m currently working towards a double major in Business with a minor in Linguistics, which strengthens the way I approach my work with strategy and care. Being bilingual allows me to connect with a diverse range of clients and ensure they feel confident and understood throughout the process. Outside of work, I stay active by playing indoor soccer, going to the gym and have even participated in weightlifting competitions. I also dedicate my time to giving back, I proudly volunteer with the Hispanic community in the valley by helping them find the right places to go. Not to mention I also actively involved myself with the Idaho Autism community, inspired by my journey as a mother to a wonderful son with special needs. I’m passionate about what I do, committed to serving others, and always striving to make a positive impact - one person at a time.

Todd has been helping clients protect what matters most since 2007. Born and raised in Idaho, he brings a deep understanding of the unique needs of individuals and families in the region. As a co-owner of the agency, Todd takes pride in building lasting relationships and offering tailored coverage solutions for home, auto, life, and business insurance. Outside the office, Todd enjoys bass fishing on the Snake River, bird hunting with his Lab, and trail running through Idaho’s rugged backcountry. His deep roots in the community and passion for the outdoors fuel his dedication to helping clients feel secure—no matter where life takes them.
